- Adopt an Ordinance approving a development plat for Crunch Fitness, consisting of +/- 4.8 acres, situated in Lot 8A of the Erby Campbell Retail Two Addition, City of Royse City, Rockwall County, Texas, 75189, and any matters related thereto.
- Adopt an Ordinance amending Chapter 4 of the Code of Ordinances by adding Section 4.05.003(m) to prohibit the solicitation of funds within construction or maintenance work zones located on a highway.
- Adopt an Ordinance accepting and approving a Service and Assessment Plan and Assessment Roll for the Waterscape Annex Public Improvement District, making a finding of special benefit to such property; Levying special assessments against property within the District and establishing a Lien on such property; providing for the method of assessment and the payment of the assessments in accordance with Chapter 372, Texas Local Government Code.
- Adopt an Ordinance authorizing the issuance of up to $14,700,000 of "City of Royse City, Texas, Special Assessment Revenue Bonds, Series 2026 (Waterscape Annex Public Improvement District Project)"; and approving various documents related to such Bonds.
