Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, deliberation regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.082, deliberation regarding a case in which a complaint or charge is brought against an employee of the school district by another employee and the complaint or charge directly results in a need for a hearing. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.0821, deliberation regarding a matter regarding a public school student if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation.
  12. Consultation and deliberation regarding Caleb Elliott matter including investigations and pending lawsuits - Cause No. 471-08602-2025, Cause No. 471-08453-2025, Cause No. 471-09339-2025, and Cause No. 471-09455-2025 in the District Court of Collin County.
  13. RECONVENE - Open meeting to vote on matters considered in closed session in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, to take action necessary regarding personnel.
