      Open Public Hearing - Case No. Z25-001 - 126 Main Street

      1. Conduct a public hearing to consider testimony and make a recommendation to the City Council on a rezoning request by the Applicant, Lucas Tschirhart, to amend the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map of the City of Josephine, each being a part of the Code of Ordinances, from SF-1 - Single Family Residential to C - Commercial, on approximately +1.35 acres of land generally located at 126 Main Street.
      2. Close Public Hearing.
      3. Discuss, consider, and act to recommend approval on Case No. Z25-0001, Yeatts Addition Lots 10B and 11, as presented.

      1. Conduct a public hearing to consider testimony and make a recommendation to the City Council on a city-initiated amendment to the Code of Ordinance Chapter 10A, Article II, Section 2.4 H - Engineering Plans, to allow the City Engineer to accept Preliminary Engineering Plans in lieu of detailed Final Engineering Plans with the submittal of a Preliminary Plat at the Applicant's request.
      2. Close Public Hearing.
      3. Discuss, consider, and act to recommend approval of Case No. CA25-0002-A - Amendment to Subdivision Ordinance Subsection 2.4 H to permit Preliminary Engineering at the time of Preliminary Plat, as presented.

      Open Public Hearing - Case No. CA25-0002-B

      1. Conduct a public hearing to consider testimony and make a recommendation to the City Council on a city-initiated amendment to the Code of Ordinances Chapter 14A, Section 36, Changes and Amendments to all Zoning Ordinances and Districts and Administrative Procedures, to repeal Subsection 36.5.2, which requires a 3/4 majority of the City Council to overrule a recommendation by the Planning and Zoning Commission that a proposed change to a regulation or boundary be denied.
      2. Close Public Hearing.
      3. Discuss, consider, and act to recommend approval of Case No. CA25-0002-B - Repeal of Zoning Ordinance Subsection 36.5.2, as presented.

      3. Discuss, consider, and act to recommend approval of Case No. CA25-0002-C - Amendment to Use Chart for Automobile and Related Services Uses, as presented.
