      1. Conduct a public hearing to consider testimony and make a recommendation to the City Council on a request to amend the City of Josephine Comprehensive Plan "Josephine's Journey", by amending the Future Land Use Plan (Map) to change the Future Land Use Typology designation of two parcels of land totaling approximately +1.48 acres of land located at 520 Milton Street from "Low Density Residential" to "Mixed Use".
      2. Close Public Hearing.
      3. Discuss, consider, and act to recommend approval of Case No. CPA25-0002 - Future Land Use Map Amendment at 520 Milton Street from "Low Density Residential" to "Mixed Use" as presented.

      1. Conduct a public hearing to consider testimony and make a recommendation to the City Council on a request to amend the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map of the City of Josephine, each being a part of the Code of Ordinances, from SF-1 - Single Family Residential to LR - Local Retail, on two parcels of land totaling approximately +1.48 acres of land located at 520 Milton Street.

      3. Discuss, consider, and act to recommend approval of Case No. ZONE-25-003 subject to the approval of the Future Land Use Map amendment to Mixed Use as presented.

      1.  Conduct a public hearing to consider testimony and make a recommendation to the City Council on a City-initiated amendment to the Code of Ordinances Chapter 14A, Section 22, Use of Land and Buildings, to remove "Carwash" as a permitted use in all zoning districts.
      2. Close Public Hearing.
      3. Discuss, consider, and act to recommend approval of Case No. CA25-0003 as presented.

      Discuss, consider, and act to make a recommendation to the City Council on Final Plats of the Morningside Addition Subdivision Phase 1A, consisting of 110 Residential Lots and 3 Common Areas on +23.587 acres, and Phase 1B, consisting of 14 Residential Lots and 3 Common Areas on +13.093 acres. The proposed subdivision is located on the west side of Main Street (FM 547) north of Hubbard Road.
