      Continue Public Hearing for Case No. ZONE-26-001 - 520 Milton Street Planned Development

      1. Continue the public hearing to consider testimony and make a recommendation to the City Council on a request to amend the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map of the City of Josephine, each being a part of the Code of Ordinances, from LR – Local Retail to a Planned Development with a base zoning of LR -Local Retail on two parcels of land totaling approximately ±1.42 acres located at 520 Milton Street.
