Public Hearing on Case No. ZONE-26-005 - CR 637
Conduct a public hearing to consider testimony and act on a rezoning request to amend the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map of the City of Josephine, each being a part of the Code of Ordinances, from SF-1 Single-Family Residential to a Planned Development with a base zoning of SF-1 Single-Family Residential on a parcel of land totaling approximately ±0.347 acres located at the southwest corner of FM 6 and County Road 637. [THIS ITEM IS BEING WITHDRAWN - NO ACTION CAN BE TAKEN]
Open Public Hearing for Case No. ZONE-26-002-A - 5792 FM 6
- Conduct a public hearing to consider testimony and act on a rezoning request to amend the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map of the City of Josephine, each being a part of the Code of Ordinances, to provide an initial zoning classification of C – General Commercial (Businesses other than Local Retail) to a parcel of land under a petition for voluntary annexation totaling approximately ±0.84 acres located at 5792 FM 6.

- Conduct a public hearing to consider testimony and act on a rezoning request to amend the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map of the City of Josephine, each being a part of the Code of Ordinances, from M-1 – Manufacturing/Industrial – Light to C – General Commercial (Businesses other than Local Retail) on a parcel of land totaling approximately ±1.16 acres located at 5792 FM 6.
