      Open Public Hearing - Case No. CA-26-005 - Landscape Regulations

      1. Hold a public hearing to consider testimony and make a recommendation to the City Council regarding amendments to Chapter 14A – Zoning, Sections 16 (Local Retail), 17 (General Commercial), 18 (Manufacturing/Industrial District - Light), and 19 (Manufacturing/Industrial District - Heavy), and the adoption of a new Appendix 2 – Landscape Regulations for non-residential development within the City of Josephine.

      3. Discuss, consider and act to recommend approval of Case No. CA-26-005 - Amendment to Chapter 14A (Zoning Ordinance) to establish landscaping requirements for nonresidential development and adopt Appendix 2 – Landscape Regulations

      1. Continue public hearing to consider testimony and make a recommendation to the City Council on an amendment to Chapter 10A (Subdivision Ordinance), Article II, Section 2.4, to require Preliminary Engineering Plans with all Preliminary Plat applications.
